| Townhouse The residential program for the developer-spec townhouse was 2,000 square feet with a garage. The individual client was up to each student. Using the space between the townhouses, a side entry was developed allowing more light into the house. The slats on the house overlapped or opened to reveal private and semi-private functions of the house. |
